Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Multi Step Approval Process ("the app"), a monday.com application provided by Francesco Pelloni, a private individual based in Italy ("the provider"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

1. What the app does

The app lets you send an item on a monday.com board to one or more approvers, one at a time or all at once, collects their approvals or rejections, notifies the people involved, and writes the outcome back onto the item as an update.

2. What you need

An active monday.com account and permission to install applications on it. The app runs inside monday.com and is useless without it. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by monday.com Ltd.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Price

The app is currently free to use. If a paid plan is introduced, existing users will be told in advance and will not be charged without agreeing first.

5. Availability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The provider is one person and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the app depends on monday.com's own platform remaining available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory rights of consumers.

7. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. The provider may suspend or discontinue the app, and will give reasonable notice on the marketplace listing where it is able to.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
